The Role
You will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debt across a global client base, ensuring a professional and effective approach at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and chasing outstanding debt across UK and international ledgers
*Handling inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and SMS
*Building strong relationships with debtors, clients, and partner firms
*Providing regular updates and reports to clients on case progress
*Working with case management and collections software
*Achieving monthly collection targets to maximise commission earnings
What We Are Looking For
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
*Highly organised with excellent case management ability
*Target-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
*Comfortable using PC systems; experience with case management software is beneficial
