Senior Marketing Analyst
London (Hybrid) | Up to £65,000 | Mid-Senior Level (3-5 years)
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
In this role, you’ll partner with multiple clients, transforming complex marketing and consumer data into clear, actionable insights that drive campaign performance and business growth.
What You’ll Do*Analyse large-scale online and offline marketing data to uncover trends and opportunities
*Deliver data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI
*Support the development and interpretation of Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
*Conduct hands-on analysis using SQL, Python, or R
*Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, media, and account management
What We’re Looking For*3-5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or data science
*Strong statistical knowledge (e.g. A/B testing, confidence intervals, model uncertainty)
*Experience with MMM or similar advanced modelling techniques
*Proficiency in SQL and/or Python/R
*Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
*Solid understanding of digital marketing, media channels, and targeting strategies
*Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing environments
