Technical Lead
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Technical Lead to drive delivery across a major Payments and Enterprise Technology transformation. This is a high-impact role overseeing complex technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
You will lead delivery across a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape, helping shape and implement modern SaaS-based solutions across technology, including Legal, Compliance, Controls and Procurement. The role requires strong stakeholder management, good technical judgment, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
This role is based in London (hybrid)


Key responsibilities
*Lead the delivery of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methods.
*Work with business stakeholders to shape feasible solutions, manage expectations and agree delivery timelines.
*Partner with engineers, product managers, QA and other technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
*Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring strong governance and controls.
*Manage change requests, vendor relationships and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
*Support continuous improvement by adopting modern approaches and staying current with industry trends.


*What we’re looking for
*Strong technical background, with recent experience delivering SaaS solutions.
*Proven experience in Enterprise Technology, ideally across Technology, Risk, Finance or HR.
*Senior-level experience leading technology change in a complex environment.
*Experience managing multiple vendors and integrating across SaaS and cloud data platforms.
*Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and problem-solving skills.
