Job Description:
We’re looking for a B2B Events & Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in both for our HR Grapevine brand.
This role requires hands-on experience delivering events, not just supporting them. You’ll need to be confident running digital campaigns in HubSpot and equally comfortable delivering events end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of campaigns and events, using data, automation, and strong execution to turn events into real commercial results.
If you’ve got both the digital and events experience, this could be a great fit.
Details below
We’re a digital-first, data-driven business where everything we do is measured, optimised, and built around performance.
From conferences and roundtables to webinars and customer events, you’ll bring events to life, ensuring they run seamlessly and, more importantly, are powered by data, executed through HubSpot, and generate high-quality leads that turn into real business opportunities.
This isn’t just about running events. It’s about using data, systems, and digital campaigns to make them commercially effective. We work with the HR Community, delivering round tables, large-scale learning forums and conferences, and an array of webinars and virtual events.
What you will be doing:
* Build and execute end-to-end event campaigns in HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists, landing pages)
*Segment and manage data to drive targeted, high-performing campaigns
*Plan and deliver B2B events (in-person & virtual) aligned to demand generation goals
*Own the attendee journey, from registration through to post-event nurture.
*Analyse campaign and event performance, using data to continuously optimise results
*Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure leads are followed up and converted into opportunities
*Ensure every event is measured, reported on, and contributes to marketing and revenue goals
*Coordinate logistics (venues, suppliers, AV, etc.) and support on-site delivery
Core skills:
*Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists, reporting)
*Proven ability to build and execute end-to-end digital campaigns, not just support them
*Confident working with data: segmentation, performance analysis, and optimisation
*Comfortable owning campaign performance and using data to improve results
*Ability to connect marketing activity to leads, opportunities, and revenue
*Experience in B2B marketing, with events as part of a wider campaign strategy
Just as important (how you work):
*Confident, professional, and comfortable representing the brand at events; welcoming attendees, making introductions, and creating a great experience.
*Natural presence and ease when engaging with clients and colleagues in person.
*Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly and makes people feel comfortable.
*Curious, creative, and always looking for ways to improve performance.
*Proactive, takes ownership, and gets things done.
*Detail-oriented but able to keep pace in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
*Commercially aware and understands that everything we do needs to deliver results.
What it’s like working here
We’re a close-knit, collaborative team that takes pride in doing things properly. We move quickly, support each other, and care about delivering work that actually makes an impact.
You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and see the results of what you do, whether that’s through campaigns, events, or the pipeline they generate.
Location & working pattern:
We operate a flexible, hybrid working model. You’ll typically spend around one day per week in our Welwyn Garden City office, with regular travel into Central London for events.
The details:
*Full-time role with flexibility around how you structure your day
*Hybrid working with autonomy and trust
*Competitive package within a supportive, high-performing environment
