Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a Quotation Coordinator to support their commercial team and help manage the flow of incoming enquiries.

Responsibilities
*Review and assess all incoming enquiries to ensure they are complete, accurate, and commercially suitable
*Act as a central checkpoint before opportunities are progressed to the sales and estimating teams
*Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
*Ensure all relevant information is captured to enable accurate quotation preparation
*Allocate enquiries to the appropriate teams based on scope and complexity
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
*Identify repeat or historic enquiries through detailed system checks
*Manage timelines and ensure clear expectations are set with customers
*Provide a high standard of communication at all stages of the enquiry process
*Escalate issues where necessary and support continuous improvement of processes
About you
*Previous experience in a similar coordination, pre-construction, or commercial support role
*Strong administrative background within a fast-paced environment
*Experience using CRM systems
*Knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes would be beneficial
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to question and clarify information
*Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
