Senior Payroll Coordinator

Job Overview
You will support the payroll team with delivery of monthly payrolls as well as some accounting duties.


Day to Day Responsibilities:
*Manage monthly payroll process, including input and data uploads
*Dealing with queries from employees and stakeholders
*Statutory reporting, including P60s, P11ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement
*Journal uploads and reconciliation of control accounts.


Essential Skills and Competencies:
*UK Payroll legislation knowledge
*High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
*Good communication and customer service skills


Desirable Skills and Competencies:
*Experience with ADP iHCM
*Experience using multiple payroll platforms
*Experience with accounting
