Unqualified SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Blackley
Pay: £109.85 - £120 per day

We are currently recruiting for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a specialist school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students who require extra support to access learning and develop key life skills.
Key Responsibilities*Support students with complex needs, including autism and communication difficulties
*Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support learning and development
*Assist with personal care where required
*Use visual aids and structured routines to support understanding
*Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
*Encourage independence, social skills, and emotional regulation
*Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals
Requirements*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
*Driver or access to a car (essential)
*Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is desirable
Transferable SkillsWe welcome applicants from backgrounds such as:
