Tony Alan is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation to appoint a Senior HR Advisor.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will report directly to the HR Manager and play a key role within a collaborative, close-knit team where your contribution will have real impact. You will deliver a high-quality, end-to-end HR service while supporting the development and execution of the local HR strategy—ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to achieve both current and future objectives.
Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will lead the delivery of operational HR initiatives and drive best practice across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering a proactive, solutions-focused HR service
*Advising and coaching managers across a broad range of HR and ER matters
*Managing complex employee relations casework
*Supporting line managers in implementing HR strategy, policies, and procedures (including performance, absence, engagement, D&I, and reward)
*Leading internal and external audit activities, identifying and mitigating risk
*Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across the business
The successful candidate will bring strong generalist HR experience, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and a proven ability to apply this in a practical, commercial way. Experience supporting and delivering culture and change initiatives would be highly advantageous.
You will be comfortable operating within a complex, matrix environment that is constantly evolving, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, generate meaningful insights, and support decision-making through HR metrics and dashboards.
With a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines. Confident and credible, you will quickly build effective relationships at all levels and be motivated by variety, challenge, and continuous change
