Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Bexley.
Role Overview*Deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes under teacher direction
*Provide class cover for short-term teacher absence where required
*Support planning, preparation, and assessment of learning
*Deliver targeted interventions, including supporting pupils with SEND
*Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
Requirements*HLTA status or equivalent qualification
*Experience working in a primary school setting
*Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
*Strong communication and classroom management skills
*A flexible, proactive approach and commitment to safeguarding
