Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, South Wales, £40,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm, working on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. JOB REF: 3379.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and secured lending and general commercial property advisory work
• You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
