What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
You’ll:
*Manage inbound and outbound customer contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
*Take ownership of customer queries, seeing them through to resolution
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
*Deliver accurate administration and maintain customer records
*Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and proactive in their approach.
You’ll bring:
*Previous experience in a customer service role (sales ledger experience is a bonus)
*Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping customers
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
