Mortgage Administrator
Location: Woking – Fully Office Based
Job Type: Full time permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients from application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion
*Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to gather required documentation
*Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory requirements
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
*Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers
*Chasing outstanding documents and keeping cases on track
*Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
Requirements
*Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role (preferred)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Knowledge of mortgage processes and compliance (desirable)
