Temporary School Receptionist
Location: Near Redcar
Hours: Full-time
Temporary - 20th April to July

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and reliable School Receptionist to join a welcoming school near Redcar on a full-time, temporary basis, starting 20th April and running until July.

This is a key front-of-house role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and supporting pupils, staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
*Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
*Managing telephone calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
*Signing visitors in and out in line with safeguarding procedures
*Providing general administrative support to the school office
*Handling pupil-related queries with discretion and sensitivity
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (school experience desirable)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A calm, professional approach and strong organisational skills
*A good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
*The ability to work full time for the duration of the assignment
