Adele Carr Recruitment is supporting the appointment of a commercial, Senior Finance Business Partner for a well-established, not for profit organisation on the Wirral.
This is a tremendous opportunity, with a key focus on driving income growth across revenue streams, business partnering and financial leadership within a complex care environment.


The Role
The successful appointment will take ownership of leading the financial strategy across its income-generating services whilst reporting to the board.
Key responsibilities include:
*Partnering with operational leaders to drive financial performance and decision-making
*Identifying and delivering income growth opportunities across funding streams
*Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
*Overseeing costing and pricing of care packages and contracts
*Driving process improvements, data quality and financial reporting (Power BI)
*People management, leading and developing a small finance team
The ideal applicant *A commercial, qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Proven sector experience in charity, social care, public sector would be preferred
*Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
*Commercially minded, with experience around income / funding models
*Confident in leading teams and driving improvements
