Role: Customer Support Advisor
Location: Bedford
Hours: Full time, office-based
Salary: £30,000
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service / Client Support Advisor to join our client’s successful and growing team. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start available, driven by continued business growth and an increased need to strengthen the team and service offering.

Duties of a Customer Service / Client Support Advisor:
*Providing exceptional customer support via live chat (no support tickets)
*Responding to customer queries efficiently and professionally
*Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
*Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless customer experience
*Supporting the wider team to ensure a resilient and responsive service
What we would like from you:
*Previous experience within customer service or client support
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once (live chat environment)
*A proactive and positive approach
*Ability to work full-time in the office (this role is not hybrid)
*Available to start immediately or at short notice
