A leading international development charity is looking for a dynamic Senior Events Manager to take its high-profile events programme to the next level—driving income, building influential partnerships, and delivering unforgettable experiences across the globe.


As the Senior Events Manager, this is your opportunity to shape a portfolio of flagship events spanning London, Singapore, Japan, Switzerland and beyond—from executive-level corporate gatherings to large-scale fundraising challenges.


Key duties:
*Lead and deliver a sector-leading global events strategy
*Manage standout events including international races, awards dinners, and high-level stakeholder experiences
*Build relationships with corporate partners, major donors, and industry leaders
*Oversee budgets, ROI, and risk—ensuring every event delivers impact
*Line manage and develop a small, high-performing team
*Collaborate across marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership

Experience required:

Package:
*£47,000–£53,000 salary (DOE)
