Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Processing weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls accurately and on time
*Maintaining and updating payroll records for new starters, leavers, and changes to salaries or benefits
*Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, PAYE, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions
*Responding to payroll queries promptly and professionally
*Assisting with payroll audits, reporting, and year-end statutory submissions

What you will need:
*Previous experience in a payroll role (such as Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar)
*Solid understanding of payroll processes and compliance
*Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
*Clear communication skills
*Confident using payroll software (Brightpay experience is a bonus, but similar systems are fine)
