Job Description:
This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility position within a lean, fast-moving investment team. You will be involved in originating, underwriting, and executing transactions spanning healthcare services, specialist care, supported living, and broader healthcare real estate.
Key responsibilities include:
*Taking ownership of deals and driving independent workstreams from initial evaluation through completion.
*Building institutional-quality financial models and investment cases.
*Conducting deep sector, operator, and asset-level due diligence.
*Structuring transactions, including sale-leasebacks, forward fundings, and OpCo/PropCo models.
*Preparing materials for the Investment Committee and leading internal discussions.
*Developing strong relationships across operators, advisors, brokers, lenders, and local authorities
*Supporting long-term asset management and portfolio optimisation post-acquisition.
Essential experience:
*Ideally 4 - 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Real Estate, Healthcare), Private Equity, Real Estate Investing, or Social Infrastructure Investing.
*Meaningful healthcare deal flow, ideally involving real-estate-backed healthcare, care services.
*A proven ability to work independently and manage complex deal processes.
*Strong modelling skills, capable of building sophisticated, fully integrated financial models from scratch.
*Familiarity with diligence across operators, property-level fundamentals, regulatory frameworks, or long-term lease structures.
*Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
*Exposure to community healthcare, supported living, specialist education, seniors housing, or other essential-services real estate is not essential but highly advantageous.
Please note that this position is not able to support visa sponsorship, candidates must have the right to work in the UK and have direct sector experience.
