I am hiring a Pricing Manager for a leading insurer in their Commercial Lines Pricing Team spanning a range of products including Casualty, Motor, Financial Lines, Energy, Marine & Construction.
The Role - *Delivering pricing and portfolio management solutions through data analytics and modelling
*Collaboration with underwriting functions to build, develop, document and maintain pricing tools
*Managing a team - supporting junior analysts with their personal development
*Ownership of technical price assumptions and input into market pricing decisions
*Pricing large individual accounts across multiple lines of business whilst tailoring your approach and pricing techniques to the unique specifics of these highly complex risks
The Candidate - *3-4+ years’ experience gained in actuarial role - ideally commercial lines/London market
*Qualified actuary preferred but not essential
*Technical experience - MS Office suite, coding languages (R/Python, VBA, SQL)
*Communication and interpersonal skills
Location - London (2 days per week in office)
Salary - £80,000 - £120,000
