Job Description:
We are partnering with an expanding London asset manager who are increasing the size of their client services team. The role sits withing their Investor Relations team & will focus on providing service and support to investors and their appointed financial advisers for all products and funds. The role will be to assist in the running of the team, ensuring smooth operation & adherence.
Responsibilities -
*Help oversee the team’s day-to-day responsibilities (e.g. applications and audits, phone cover, completion of daily tasks)
*Handle client complaints and escalations in line with FCA guidelines
*Quality check fund allotment and adviser fee payment schedules
*Conduct thorough reviews of AML documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements
*Assist in the leading of training for new starters
*Support the team with application processing & phone cover during busy periods
Core Skills & Qualifications -
*Very strong customer service skills
*Leadership qualities & experience desired
*Good attention to detail & accuracy
*Thorough knowledge of AML & KYC regulations
*Very strong MS Excel skills
*3/4 years of client services or client onboarding experience
