A Prestigious West end-based Asset Manager seek a Client Reporting Associate
CANDIDATE PROFILE
This is an excellent opportunity for a University Graduate who has gained some client reporting related experience as an intern in a similar role, or someone with 6 months to 1 years experience in a client reporting role for an Investment/Asset manager
JOB FUNCTION
Help drive trade settlement activity, client reporting production processes as well as direct involvement with client teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Supporting client teams in managing relationships and ensuring efficient, accurate and risk-free operations processes.
*Prepare and review performance reports, accurately and on time as part of the annual reporting cycle.
*Reports include monthly flashes and quarterly client performance statements, annual client tax reports, client invoice calculations in line with client fee agreements, annual costs & charges reports and additional bespoke and ad hoc reports to support client meeting materials.
*Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system’s automated checks, data validations or by other reviewers.
*Evaluate and input client trade confirm information.
*Proactively monitor trade settlements across investments including mutual funds, daily dealing funds, hedge funds, private equity and cash.
*Liaise with custodians, brokers and other third-party service providers to query discrepancies.
*Support process enhancements and team projects under the direction of Senior Associates/Principals.
*Responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team
*Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls
