We’re seeking a Bar Manager near Southampton to join an exciting new bar and wine venture opening in Early May. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a diverse team while gaining experience across multiple sites in a stunning Lymington setting in the New Forest.

Key Responsibilities:
As Bar Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:
*Support team supervision, training, and scheduling reporting to the General Manager
*Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
*Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
*Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
*Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
*Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
*Assist with opening/closing and service as required
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking someone ready to lead and inspire:
*Previous hospitality or bar management/supervisor experience
*Knowledge of wine and its pairings and origins (Or a passion to learn)
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Passion for wine and delivering excellent customer service
*Ability to thrive in a busy environment
