This South Leeds based business need an Invoicing Clerk who can keep the wheels turning and make admin look effortless.
What will you be doing?
*Raising and issuing invoices to clients and customers
*Managing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
*Reconciling payments and assisting with credit control
*Keeping accurate records, VAT documents, and general admin up to date
*Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners
*Supporting bookkeeping and wider finance functions as needed
What do you need?
*Experience in sales invoicing, accounts, or bookkeeping
*Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy matters
*Strong communication skills, you’re comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues professionally
*Comfortable using accounting software
*Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
