Working as the dedicated Talent Acquisition lead within a collaborative HR team, you’ll manage the entire hiring journey. From crafting compelling job adverts and sourcing top candidates, to strengthening employer brand and improving recruitment processes, this role offers variety, influence, and real responsibility.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through onboarding
*Partnering with managers to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
*Creating engaging job adverts and proactively sourcing candidates
*Ensuring a positive candidate experience with clear feedback
*Supporting managers with recruitment best practice
*Developing employer brand through social media, events, and community initiatives
*Managing agency relationships and cost-effective recruitment methods
*Using recruitment data to drive improvement, diversity, and successful hires
What we’re looking for
*Proven end-to-end in-house recruitment experience
*Confident communicator and influencer with strong stakeholder skills
*Proactive, self-starting, process-driven, and data-conscious
