Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce
*Using Dayforce to maintain employee records, process changes, and run payroll cycles
*Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, union agreements, and company policies
*Supporting audits, reporting, and month-end processes
*Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll queries
*Collaborating with HR, Finance, and operational teams across the business
Looking for someone who combines technical payroll skill with a proactive mindset:
*Proven experience in payroll administration
*Strong working knowledge of Dayforce (essential)
*Experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments
*Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-volume setting
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
