As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing clear, confident and compassionate support across inbound and outbound interactions. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every experience reflects our values and commitment to quality.

What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service to every customer you interact with.
Key Responsibilities:
*Take personal ownership of each customer interaction with warmth, empathy and efficiency.
*Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
*Understand the customer’s situation and follow instructions and training to deliver the correct outcome.
*Document all contact information accurately, following standard operating procedures.
*Support team and operational goals including KPIs and SLAs.
*Adhere to company policies, processes and values at all times.
*Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety at work.
You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth running of our customer service operation and ensuring every customer receives the high standard of care they expect from us.

Where and When Will I Work?
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Poole office.
You’ll work Monday–Friday, on scheduled shifts within standard business hours.
