Head of Finance
Location: Leeds
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join a growing, private equity-backed business based in Leeds. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the UK & Ireland finance function, with additional dotted line oversight of EMEA finance teams.

The RoleReporting into the Group CFO, you will:
*Lead the UK & Ireland finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, management accounts, and cashflow
*Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple disciplines
*Provide guidance and oversight to EMEA finance teams, ensuring consistency and best practice
*Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
*Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
*Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance
*Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and support strategic decision-making
*Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
About You*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Financial Controller / Head of Finance)
*Strong technical expertise across financial and management reporting
*Experience leading and developing finance teams
*Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience within a multi-entity or international environment is advantageous
