The Propositions Manager will oversee the development and delivery of customer-focused propositions to increase customer engagement and ensure alignment with organisational goals. This role is based in London (Hybrid) and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape impactful digitally lead consumer propositions.

Description
The Propositions Manager will be responsible for the following key activity:
*Taking pre-identified, new strategic consumer propositions, from the discovery phase through to concept definition and into launch
*Seeking and using market, customer, financial and operational insights to inform proposition changes and development
*Developing future-forward customer-centric and commercially viable unique propositions using human-centric design techniques
*Building unique and sustainable value propositions for customers to benefit from, working through a defined stage-gating process that prioritises propositions with strong customer and business outcomes
*Creating a wide network of stakeholders to ensure a broad range of inputs from business subject matter experts across multiple functions, including insight, CX, Finance, Risk, Operations and Change
*Managing any new propositions to agreed KPIs and reporting accordingly
Profile
Critical to success in this Propositions Manager role will be the ability to demonstrate the following range of technical skills and capabilities:


*Experience of identifying, developing, delivering, launching and managing complex and compelling consumer propositions
*Sector knowledge across consumer financial services (preferable), or similar regulated consumer service industry experience such as telco, utilities etc.
*The role requires experience in delivering large projects as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple directorates and will involve Board-level sign-off and interaction
*Constructing robust business cases and confidently making the case for change
*Being able to demonstrate experience in data-led methodology and customer-led design techniques
*Ability to work with existing research and commission new research as required
*Demonstrable experience of managing risk within a complex organisation
*Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities, including excellent writing skills and experience drafting complex documents and reports
*Organisational skills and a track record of working in a project-based environment
*High comfort with matrix agile ways of working
