Job Description:

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Your caseload will include sales and purchases, grant and surrender of easements and covenants, remortgages, transfers of equity and landlord and tenant matters.
• You will work with a diverse client base, including residential purchasers, developers, and investors.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision and prioritising effectively
