Site Engineer – Civils / Highways

Location: Guildford
Start: End of April
Rate: Dependent on experience
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a project in Guildford.
This role is ideally suited to engineers with a strong background in civils and highways, looking to work on a well-run project with ongoing opportunities.
The Role*Setting out for highways and civil engineering works
*Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications
*Managing quality assurance and site documentation
*Supporting site teams and coordinating subcontractors
*Monitoring progress and assisting with programme delivery
*Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civils / highways
*Strong setting out and surveying capability
*Experience using Fieldview and CAD (essential)
*Good understanding of QA processes and site reporting
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
