Assistant Management Accountant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established, multi-site organisation based near Hounslow. This role supports a key business area and focuses on delivering high-quality financial reporting and insightful analysis to assist management decision-making.
This is a hands-on position, covering a broad range of financial activities including management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and both internal and external reporting. The role offers exposure to the full financial cycle while working closely with operational and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
*Compilation and review of regular profit and performance reports
*Payroll and cost reconciliations, including detailed analysis of key operating cost areas
*Support for budgeting and forecasting processes
*Providing accurate and meaningful analysis of revenue and expenditure to support management
*Assisting with asset management, including verification, disposals, and transfers
*Reviewing supplier invoices and maintaining tracking reports
*Posting journals, including accruals and prepayments
*Investigating and resolving queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Supporting ad hoc finance projects and tasks as required
Requirements
*Degree educated in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
*Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
*Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
