DUTIES
Your duties as the Mortgage Advisor / Life & Protection Financial Advisor include:
*Provide Tailored Advice: Deliver personalised mortgage and protection solutions based on client needs
*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Lead Conversion: Manage and convert warm leads into successful business opportunities
*Business Development: Generate new business through networking and referrals
*Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and processes meet industry regulations and standards
*Pipeline Management: Manage a consistent pipeline of clients and applications
*Market Knowledge: Stay updated on mortgage products, lenders, and protection options
*Customer Service Delivery: Provide a high level of professional and responsive client support


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
*CeMAP qualification or equivalent
*Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
*Previous experience in mortgage and protection advice
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
*Organised with effective time management skills
*Client-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service
DESIRABLE
*Experience with lead generation and business development
*Knowledge of a wide range of lenders and financial products
*Background in financial services or advisory roles
