Job Description:
This role offers an opportunity for a recently qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) to take responsibility for financial reporting across European entities, working collaboratively with regional and global teams.

Description
*Maintaining accurate books and records for European legal entities
*Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
*Producing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
*Supporting audits and working with external auditors and advisors
*Interpreting accounting standards and documenting accounting policies and controls
*Partnering with internal stakeholders, including finance technology teams, to improve and automate processes
*Ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving, regulated environment
Profile
*Recently Qualified in ACA / CA or equivalent with approx 1 year PQE
*Financial Services Sector Experience either in Industry or Practice
*Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
*Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Confident communicator able to build effective working relationships across teams
*Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
*Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems an advantage
*Exposure to regulated environments beneficial but not required
