Job Description:
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: London / National (flexible, client-facing role)
Salary: £70,000 + uncapped bonus

An ambitious and fast-scaling in-house insurance brokerage backed by a major global group, focused on building a high-performing commercial insurance offering. With access to a large network of existing supplier relationships, the business is positioned to grow rapidly and establish itself as a significant market player.
Role Summary:
This is a client-facing, business development role with access to warm introductions across a large supplier network. You’ll focus on building a pipeline, winning new business, and developing long-term client relationships. The role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to help shape a growing sales function as it expands regionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business from warm leads: Build a strong pipeline with meaningful introductions
• Develop client relationships: Create long-term partnerships across a diverse client base
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions: Strengthen technical and commercial credibility
• Collaborate with internal teams: Ensure smooth delivery from pitch through to placement
• Manage your own activity and targets: Build autonomy and ownership of your performance
• Contribute to team growth: Support the development of a scaling sales function
Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial insurance business development
• Track record of winning and retaining clients
• Strong understanding of cross-class insurance products
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to pipeline building
