Job Title: Corporate Insurance Manager
Location: London (with UK & European travel)
Salary: Up to £120,000

A growing, independently branded insurance brokerage backed by a large international group. The business is scaling its internal capability to manage a significant, multi-entity insurance programme while also expanding into new commercial markets. With strong financial backing and ambitious growth plans, it offers a blend of stability and progression.
Role Summary:
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large, complex, multi-national insurance programme spanning multiple classes of business. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across major operating companies, shaping insurance strategy and delivery while building long-term relationships. It’s a position that combines technical breadth, visibility, and influence - with genuine scope to help define how the function evolves as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage group-wide insurance programmes: Gain exposure to complex, multi-class risks across international markets
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders: Develop credibility working directly with leadership teams across large organisations
• Lead insurer negotiations and placements: Strengthen market presence and deepen insurer relationships
• Travel across UK and Europe: Broaden commercial understanding across multiple territories
• Support and mentor junior team members: Develop leadership capability within a growing team
• Contribute to strategic growth: Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the insurance function
Requirements:
• Strong all-round insurance experience across multiple classes of business
• Confident managing both client and insurer relationships
• Comfortable operating in senior stakeholder environments
• ACII qualified or working towards (preferred, not essential)
