Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for one of the UK’s largest distributors.
This role is responsible for the creation, delivery and optimisation of digital content and experiences across web, email, social and campaign activity. The role supports campaign performance through effective content, landing pages and user experience improvements, while contributing to social channel activity in line with the wider communications plan.
Supporting the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns through the creation of engaging content and effective digital experiences.
This role combines content creation with website and landing page management, ensuring all digital activity is user-focused, optimised for search (SEO/AEO) and delivers against campaign objectives. The role will also support the creation and delivery of social content as part of wider campaign activity.
Responsibilities:
*Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (e.g events, member and supplier activity)
*Identify opportunities to increase engagement and positive sentiment with members
*Support the creation and publishing of social content in line with campaign and content plans
*Build and manage website pages and campaign landing pages using CMS
*Apply UX/UI best practice to improve use journeys, engagement and conversion
*Capture content from across the business, including attending events or working with stakeholders to create content
*Produce simple visuals and creative assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe
*Build and send email campaigns, including testing and optimisation
*Support keyword optimisation and on-page SEO improvements
*Monitor and report on performance of content campaigns, social and website activity
*Use CRM systems to support targeted and relevant communications
Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong digital marketing and content creation ability across multiple channels
*Ability to create engaging written and visual content, including for social platforms
*Understanding of website content management and user experience
*Working knowledge of SEO
*Ability to interpret performance data and identify improvements
*Creative thinking with an ability to generate and develop ideas
Background Knowledge/Experience:
*Experience in a digital marketing, content or similar role
*Ability to create creative, channel appropriate content (films, gifs, reels, stories, etc.)
*Experience updating or managing website content using a CMS
*Understanding of SEO principles and how content supports search performance
*Experience building and sending email campaigns
*Demonstrable experience contributing to social media content or channel activity
*Insight and understanding of wholesale and retailing (desirable)
*Awareness of UX/UI best practice and user journey thinking (desirable)
