Senior Business Development ManagerLocation: Berkshire / South East (Hybrid)

OverviewOur client, an award-winning technology business, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
This role sits at the front of the commercial engine. It requires individuals who can open doors, build pipeline, and convert opportunities within complex, solution-led environments.
The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across SaaS, Cloud and CX solutions.
Working alongside senior sales leadership and pre-sales teams, you will manage the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle, with clear progression into full-cycle ownership.
Key Responsibilities*Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
*Build and manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline
*Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges
*Position SaaS / UCaaS / CX solutions in a commercial, outcome-led way
*Support and contribute to proposals, pitches, and deal progression
*Maintain structured CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
*Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
*Develop market insight and identify new routes to revenue
Experience Required*Proven experience in business development / sales within SaaS, Cloud, UCaaS, or technology environments
*Track record of pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
*Comfortable operating in consultative, solution-led sales
*Experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders
*Understanding of technology sales cycles and commercial drivers
*Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)

*Clear communicator, confident in client-facing situations
