We’re WHAM, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, strengthen relationships, drive retention and growth, and act as the trusted link between clients and our delivery teams.
This is a role with real responsibility, clear progression, and uncapped commission — perfect for someone who wants to grow fast.
What You’ll DoAs an Account Manager, you’ll become the go-to partner for your clients. You will:
*Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders — becoming their day-to-day point of contact.
*Own retention and renewal conversations, driving strong commercial outcomes.
*Deliver engaging client performance reviews and reports that highlight value and next-step recommendations.
*Spot upsell and growth opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Delivery to make them happen.
*Work closely with our delivery and data teams to ensure everything we deliver aligns with client expectations.
*Maintain immaculate account documentation in Salesforce, including account plans and roadmaps.
*Proactively resolve issues and manage escalations quickly and professionally.

Experience & Skills*12–24 months’ experience in B2B account management, sales, or 360 recruitment.
*AM: around 12 months
*Senior AM: ideally 24+ months
*Strong commercial mindset — you enjoy interpreting metrics and using data to influence decisions.
*Comfortable owning retention targets and leading renewal discussions.
*Great communicator, strong organiser, confident running client review meetings.
*Salesforce experience and basic data analysis skills are a plus.
*Empathetic, proactive, solutions-driven approach.
