Finance Business Partner
Wakefield
12 Month FTC
Hybrid Working
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a great business in Wakefield who’re looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team for a period of 12 Months.
It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys getting out into the business, influencing non finance teams and turning numbers into something meaningful.
Key responsibilities
*Partnering with senior leaders across operations, sales and commercial teams
*Providing clear insight on performance, trends and opportunities
*Owning budgeting, forecasting and longer term planning
*Delivering MI and dashboards that actually add value
*Producing clear, concise commentary to explain performance and key movements
*Challenging and supporting decision making to improve profitability
*Leading on variance analysis and highlighting risks and opportunities
*Improving reporting, processes and systems
*Supporting on projects, investment decisions and business cases
*Presenting clear, concise insights to senior leadership
Key Skills:
*Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Strong business partnering experience in a fast paced environment
*Comfortable working with senior leadership teams
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight
*Experience improving MI, reporting and processes
*Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar would be a bonus
