Superb opportunity for a part-qualified management accountant to work with a highly respected global employer. You will work closely with the head of finance to produce accurate management reports and communicate with the senior leadership team in an effort to influence decision making from a finance perspective.


The role of management accountant is offered on a hybrid basis and will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and creating strong cross-functional relationships. Key responsibilities will involve;


*Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with clear commentary, highlighting key trends and variances for senior stakeholders.
*Maintain accurate reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance and transparency.
*Assist in monitoring working capital, providing insights to optimise liquidity and operational efficiency.
*Conduct detailed analysis of sales, margins, and overheads across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
*Support the FP&A Manager in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
*Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide financial insights for pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
*Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
