£40,000 per annum + Live-In Available
A luxury country hotel on the outskirts of Ipswich, proudly holding 2 AA Rosettes, is seeking a talented and detail-driven Events Head Chef to lead its refined events kitchen.
The property is known for elegant weddings, exclusive private dining and high-end corporate events — focusing on quality, presentation and guest experience rather than volume.
The Role
*Lead and inspire the banqueting kitchen team
*Deliver refined, Rosette-standard food for weddings and private events
*Create and execute seasonal, premium banqueting menus
*Ensure exceptional presentation and consistency
*Manage food costs, ordering and stock control
*Maintain the highest hygiene and compliance standards
About You
*Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous from a quality hotel or Rosette background
*Passion for refined food and attention to detail
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Calm, professional and hands-on approach
*Level 3 Food Safety preferred
*Full UK driving licence essential due to countryside location
