The Role
*Support pupils with additional needs including SEMH, ASC and communication difficulties
*Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and emotional development
*Use your behaviour management and de-escalation skills in the classroom
*Help create a calm, structured and supportive environment
*Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
