Contract: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, Term Time Only)

We are working with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Enfield seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring teacher to develop essential classroom skills and make a real impact on students’ learning and development.


The Role:
Supporting students across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure may be available)
Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Helping to raise attainment, engagement, and confidence in learning
Supporting students with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment


The Ideal Candidate:
A degree in any subject (2:2 or above)
A genuine passion for education and a desire to train as a teacher in the future
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
