Interim Finance Director – Exciting Hospitality Opportunity

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Group’s finance function, guiding strategic decision-making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
*Full P&L, cashflow, and covenant management
*Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
*Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
*Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives
Ideal Candidate
*Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi-site retail/hospitality
*Expertise in cashflow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
*Hands-on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
*Confident communicator with Board-level influence
