Accounts Assistant – Build Your Career in a Growing Business

What You Will Be Doing
*Managing purchase & sales ledgers
*Processing payments and scheduling payment runs
*Performing bank and account reconciliations
*Supporting CIS & VAT returns
*Handling timesheets and expenses
*Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks across the department
What They’re Looking For
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
*Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 (essential)
*Confident using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
*AAT qualified (or working towards) preferred
*Construction industry experience is a bonus — not essential

*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong communicator who works well in a team
*Proactive, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
*Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
