We’re looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee a two children’s home in Bradford.
What You’ll Do
*Lead on Ofsted compliance, inspections, and safeguarding
*Drive quality improvement through audits, data insight, and reflective practice
*Support and develop Registered Managers
*Shape organisational strategy and service development
*Build strong relationships with the children, young people, families, and other professionals
What You Bring
*Experience as an RI, Registered Manager, or senior leader in children’s residential care
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
*Proven ability to improve services and lead teams through change
*Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and sound judgement
