Senior Underwriter – Responsibilities:
*Assess and underwrite applications in line with company policy and risk appetite
*Make sound, consistent lending decisions with a strong commercial mindset
*Review complex cases and provide recommendations
*Support and guide junior underwriters as needed
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
*Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance
Senior Underwriter – Ideal Candidate:
*Experience as an Underwriter, or currently operating at Senior Underwriter level
*Strong understanding of risk assessment and lending criteria
*Confident decision-maker with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to handle complex cases and work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Senior Underwriter – Package:
*£40,000 salary
