Our Client
Delighted to be supporting a large, multi-site organisation to appoint an experienced HR Administration Manager to lead a high-performing HR Shared Services function. This is a key leadership role overseeing the full HR administration lifecycle and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience across a complex workforce. This role leads a sizeable team of HR professionals and is one of three senior leaders within Employee Services.
The role
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to.
* Delivery of services against agreed SLAs and KPIs, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.
* Strong controls around GDPR, cybersecurity, ethics and audit requirements.
* Root-cause analysis and resolution of escalations.
* Partnership with Payroll, HR, IT and Finance to improve processes, streamline systems and support contract mobilisations/demobilisations including TUPE.
What You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will have experience of owning the end-to-end HR administration processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee data management, vetting and occupational health. You will bring significant experience of leading HR administration/HR operations in a large, diverse organisation. Strong leadership capability with proven experience developing and supporting large teams combined with a deep understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors desirable). You are confident in data interpretation, change management and process improvement and ideally hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
