Student Accommodation Check-In Assistant (Ad Hoc / Weekend Work)

Are you looking for flexible, ad hoc work and enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? We’re currently building a talent pool of reliable and enthusiastic individuals to support busy student accommodation check-in periods.

This is a front-facing role where you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, helping to create a welcoming and smooth move-in experience during peak, high-energy periods.

What you’ll be doing:
*Welcoming students and providing a friendly first impression
*Assisting with check-ins and general enquiries
*Helping students with luggage and directions
*Supporting the team with general tasks throughout the day
*Getting involved wherever needed to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment
What we’re looking for:
*Upbeat, positive, and approachable attitude
*Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
*Proactive and happy to take initiative
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Happy to be on your feet for most of the day
*Physically fit and willing to assist with lifting luggage
*Flexible and available for ad hoc and weekend work
