The Role
The firm is seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial property matters and work closely with clients to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
*Advising on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases
*Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and/or tenants)
*Handling development matters and associated property work
*Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
*Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties
*Reviewing and reporting on title and conducting due diligence
*Preparing and advising on legal documentation and transaction structures
*Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
*Proven experience in commercial property law
*Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leases, and development work
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships
